Legal Service to Central Illinois Since 1989

Our lead attorney, Brian J. Dees, is a former Assistant State's Attorney for Sangamon County. In this role, he prosecuted both felony and misdemeanor level criminal cases. This experience as a former prosecutor is valuable to his current role defending men and women against drunk driving and other criminal charges.

Attorney Dees also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois. This well-rounded legal background has proven advantageous in helping current clients in everything from bankruptcy to family law.

You Don't Have to Go Through This Alone

At Dees Law Office in Springfield, Illinois, our attorneys want you to know that you do not have to face your debt problems alone. With 20 years of experience on our side, we know how to file bankruptcy. We know how to navigate through bankruptcy court, and will help you overcome your debt.

The first step in debt relief is deciding which type of bankruptcy makes sense for you. In order to do this, we will carefully review your financial information.
